WOD Thurs

Did the WOD

100 pull ups in 29 min

2nd work out

1.2km run
150 squats
800 meter run

3rd work out

handstand 1 min

100 situp

4th workout at my bro's place .

30 squats , 30 push up , 30 handstand push up.

ok muscle all sore lol , going home rest .
