Isn't it amazing that George Carlin - comedian of the 70's and 80's - could write something so very eloquent...and so very appropriate.

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

Hellboy 2 or Hell love

Well after watching Hellboy 2 , it wonder Hell has love too ^_^ .

Can't help it but we should spread the love , does it even matter what race , ethnic , language ,pyrokinetic, aquatic, protoplasmic or even demon . Deep down we have the same beating heart . We live we love we die . Why make it so tough as it is already a tough life we are facing .

Well I can so relate to this movie , just bring back memories . Sometimes it gets confusing what we really are until we really in touch with our humanity .

Power trip in my house caused by ants making out at my house wires

Why would ants want to make out in electrical stuff and scream in ecstacy when they bit off more than they can chew. Ok ok, so there are some speculations as to why this is happening, well not the making out part but the attraction to electrical stuff.

The only effective protection is to bar ants from the equipment physically or with insecticides.

In a heavily fire ant infested region, one of the main problems occur in electrical transformers, switch boxes, electrical conduits and outlets, etc. Electricity flowing through a wire produces what is called “eddy currents”. This is an energy field surrounding the wire that carries the electricity. Ants are attracted to this environment to gain energy from the eddy currents. They will pack themselves into electrical boxes until they literally short the circuit out with electricity flowing through a mass of fire ants. This not only kills the ants but the short circuit will destroy the appliance that they are in. The fire ants will literally remove the insulation from the electrical connections.

It sounds like the plot of a farfetched science fiction movie. Unfortunately for the residents of Texas, it is very much a reality: billions of tiny reddish-brown ants have arrived onshore from a cargo ship and are hell-bent on eating anything electronic.
Computers, burglar alarm systems, gas and electricity meters, iPods, telephone exchanges – all are considered food by the flea-sized ants, for reasons that have left scientists baffled.

Why are imported red fire ants attracted to electric fields? No one is yet ready to offer a theory. But biologist Dr. William P. MacKay of the University of Texas at El Paso and entomologist Professor S. Bradleigh Vinson of Texas A&M have succeeded in eliminating a number of possible factors.
They have found fire ant behavior does not correlate with a-c frequencies, or with the presence of ozone, electromagnetic or magnetic fields. Nor is the type of insulation used on wiring a factor. In tests up to 140V a-c and 350V d-c, both attracted almost the same number of ants at the same voltage and distance. However, they did find that when electricity was turned off, ants attracted to d-c power dispersed more rapidly than those who had been experiencing the nirvana of an a-c source.
While the Texas researchers still don't understand the reasons why the ants have a fatal attraction to electric fields, they have been able to devise successful control techniques. Based on their studies, they recommend using terminal cap protectors to prevent bridging, and denying entrance to the insects by enclosing mechanical relays in metal or plastic cases and sealing them, as well as all entrances to padmounted equipment, with epoxy cement. In laboratory tests, silicone rubber sealants and roofing cement proved ineffective.
MacKay and Vinson also recommend applying insecticide annually to the interior of electrical equipment cabinets. While 157 chemicals have been registered as fire ant controls, they have tested three commonly used insecticides: 1,1,1 Trichloroethane; a combination of pyrethrin, piperonyl butoxide, and silica gel; and chlorpyrifos.

My adorable Hong Hong

I wish my future kid can be as smart as hong hong , amazing how he knows the pacifier is in the wrong direction by the texture inside and he using his tongue to twist it to the right side . Not only this , if there is an obstacle between him and the TV , he won't cry instead will find a way to remove it lol . To think he actually find solution to problem at this age .wow.

Its 3.06 am

lying down on my bed thinking if I should message her and tell her how I feel since I so believe in doing things at the moment , tapping on the phone wondering how this silly heart of mine can fall for a person so deeply again and again .

With bright light emitting from the phone , a sudden tear drop and the urge to write this down just to remember how my feelings are at this moment overwhelmed me. I guess such thoughts have been running through my mind lately especially at such hours .

While I am coughing, can't breathe, feeling sickly and feeling so empty, still I choose to be alone now . Is it so hard to accept someone? Hurting again is unbearable but love is too much a happiness to forgo .There may be cynics and unbelievers but seriously it's our heart and not theirs to decide what we can or not do. So I choose to be myself. Don't believe in love, I don't care. Life will still be wonderful without these kind of people.

I sincerely believe true love can happen but without the other to believe in it too, it will never happen T_T .

Anyhow, by writing this down, gave me a renewed hope that I can still be myself. So what if one million hearts reject pure love, so long as I continue to give, life then has been meaningful and fruitful. Hey, there may be people out there now who think romance is underrated and extinct or worst chasing after an ideal love that are all in their dreams. Why can't they just accept that the imperfection in love is what makes love so much more exciting and worth going after.

I'd rather live every second in my life with love than to be bitter and wasting every second away being hurt. You gain so much more energy giving love than being hateful.Have passion for everything we do and you'll never live any less ever again. I can sleep again. 3.22am.

My Cubicle ^^

Damn, such a tiny place and God knows what I have to do with such resources ^^ . I am quite different when I work, more of a perfectionist, demand results, more organized and with an unforgiving attitude. Well a single mistake could lead to a lot of repercussions, so why make them in the first place :). More like ripples in the water. Oh well, you get what i mean.

This is where yours truly handles HQ Wisma Zelan K.L., Hampshire site office in K.L and Middle East. Can be quite taxing receiving calls from Saudi Arabia as their time is 5 hours slower so from 8.30am to 2pm HQ, 2pm to God knows what time Middle East :P .

Its been a while

It’s been a while since I have done something romantic as this, most people see it as a waste of time, I am just sentimental. With our daily life being so hectic, materialistic and push to the brink of depression just can't help but to live life with all the fun and romance , why not.

What justification is there that we should lead a miserable life? We owe it to ourselves to be happy and never let anyone tell you what you can do or cannot. Trust me its satisfying taking control by producing the end result to your labour you get such happiness. Does not matter if the recipient did not accept but at least you cared. This is just one of my uncountable acts of living life to the fullest. More to come.

Well I guess you guys/gals might already know where I got this idea from hahaha .

Oh one more thing "one idea one occasions", there never be another similar done to others.
