My Own WOD

Started at 8pm ,

Did

10 Handstand push up ,
1 min handstand

Badminton for 1 hour ,

10 handstand push up ,
55 second handstand

Badminton for 30 min

Ping pong for 15 min .

finish at 11pm

3 hours of work out Woohooo

Satisfying workout :)
